Jamie Rogers

Jamie Rogers graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Juris Doctorate in 2003 with the highest honors. She was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review and the Order of the Coif. The University of Oklahoma College of Law awarded Rogers in American Jurisprudence Awards in Torts II, Civil Procedure II, Municipal Government Law, Environmental Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She was awarded the James F. Hawes Memorial Cup and was named a Comfort Scholar. Before obtaining her law degree, she graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1999 with a Summa Cum Laude honors degree in Sociology and Political Science. She is a member of the Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. She is licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Western and Eastern District Courts of Oklahoma. Rogers serves the clients of Mullican & Hart in the areas of railroad defense litigation, regulatory litigation, insurance defense, insurance bad faith, general civil litigation, business litigation, personal injury, product liability, appellate practice, municipal government law and employee payment disputes.
