Jessica Rainey

Jessica E. Rainey graduated Cum Laude from Drake University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. In December 1998, she graduated from Drake University Law School where she was a recipient of the 1998 Charles & Joseph Howard Fellowship, allowing her to represent indigent clients in Polk County District Court and in appellate briefing before the Iowa Courts of Appeals and Iowa Supreme Court.
Since law school, Ms. Rainey worked in both public and private arenas. After gaining trial experience as a public defender in Creek County, Oklahoma, she joined Holloway & Monaghan, P.C. and focused on appellate brief writing for the 10th and 8th Circuit Courts of Appeals. At Titus Hillis Reynolds Love Dickman & McCalmon, P.C., her practice focused on business representation and corporate litigation. Prior to joining Mullican & Hart, she was a Senior Assistant City Attorney in the Litigation Division for the City of Tulsa where her time was split between labor-management issues and state/federal litigation.
